The good location, beautiful spa, very tasty meal in restraint . beautiful lake view from 3-4-floor rooms.

SPA is great. Breakfest is usual continental, nothing special.

TV has only local FIN channels.

I chose this hotel for a roundtable discussion as it provides convenient charging points for electric cars. The Virta mobile app made it easy to monitor and manage the charging process. It was a seamless experience and ensured that my vehicle was ready for use whenever I needed it.

One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center or workspace within the hotel. It would have been beneficial to have a quiet and professional environment where I could work and have meetings without any distractions.

The rooms were a little basic

Nestled near the forest and lakes, this hotel's location is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts. Its proximity to the centre of town is also a plus. the hotel provides many sport and leisure activities , such as a bowling alley and gym. Some rooms have lovely views over the lake.

The breakfast is lacking for a hotel of this caliber.

I like this hotel greatly- location is excellent -ski, snowboard, beautiful nature, spa, swimming pool, good restraint.

This hotel is in a great location, close to the city center and with easy access to many outdoor activities. The staff here is attentive and friendly, making my stay enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel offers a range of amenities such as room service, a fitness center, and a spa & wellness center. Whether I wanted to relax by the pool or explore the surrounding area, this hotel had it all.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Very friendly, nice and helpful staff. Wonderful and huge breakfast. Lots of possibilities to do. Good point for daytrips. Free parking possibilities. The Spa is in very good condition and not overcrowded. A place were I would go back, if I will travel to Finland again.

The location is good and there are walks nearby. There was an extensive breakfast buffet and we enjoyed the buffet in the evening as well. The spa and swimming pool is an added bonus to a large bedroom over looking the lake

This hotel is very expensive ( even for Finland) I think people need to be aware that the town centre is around 4 kim and that the hotel restuarant is closed on a Sunday night which for a hotel of this rating and this expensive is rather poor. The only available food or drink is from a burger type bar and that closes at 8 pm

We had a lovely time on our romantic getaway at this hotel. The spa was a standout feature, with a relaxing atmosphere and a variety of treatments to choose from. We also enjoyed the scenic views of the nearby lake and forest from our spacious room. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and outdoor activities.

The breakfast selection was also limited and not up to the quality we expected. the staff could have been more welcoming and attentive to our needs.

The spa facilities were excellent, it was vey useful to be able to use a bicycle from the hotel to go in to town. Staff helped me with my online check in to fly home and other aspects.

Initially a rather impersonal ' welcome' though this soon thawed and staff proved to be very helpful.The hot breakfasts were dull, tasteless and did not change, but there was plenty of fruit and choice of other food
